Job Description:
- Plan, recruit, select personnel and coordinate with the parent agency (both of Thai and foreigners)
- Plan proactive recruitment, create interesting advertising media through social media and technology. and follow related trends
- Prepare daily/monthly reports of Recruitment for management
- Take care of employment contracts, onboarding program, new employee registration, and related documents
Qualification :
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience
- Good communicate in English
- Strong computer skills : Social Media, LinkedIn, Job Boards, applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in direct talent sourcing, including interviewing, negotiation, and offer closure.
- Have a good attitude Have good human relations Have a love for service
- Adaptable and able to withstand pressure well
- Can use Excel / Google sheets / Canvas.
