Key Responsibilites
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with internal teams and parent agency.
- Design and execute proactive recruitment campaigns, leveraging social media, job boards, and emerging technologies to reach and engage talent.
- Create attractive job advertisements and recruitment content to strengthen employer branding.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management (daily/monthly).
- Oversee employment contracts, onboarding programs, new employee registrations, and related HR documentation, ensuring a smooth candidate-to-employee journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills: social media platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS.
- Experience in direct sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and offer closure.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets / Canva.
- Positive, service-minded, and people-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure.
